How it Works

Registration

  • You are invited to register with our service.
  • For the purposes of registration, you will need to fill in a secure registration form that provides all relevant contact information and a credit card number.
  • Your credit card will be billed monthly for the services rendered, courier charges and you will receive an itemized monthly invoice for your records via e-mail.
  • Upon acceptance, you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration with your Appearance Submission Code, at which time you may begin requesting appearances.

    Unlike duty counsel, we will and prefer to appear on designation. In the event your client does attend, we will meet your client and get the matter addressed expeditiously.

    Requests with accompanying instructions received by 10:00 p.m. the night before will be spoken to. Requests after 10:00 p.m. will be accommodated where possible.

    You will receive a confirmation email that your Request has been received.

    Following the appearance, you will receive a report via e-mail outlining what occurred at the appearance, whether disclosure has been received and when the next appearance is scheduled.

    If disclosure is received, we will send the documents by Purolator Courier overnight to your address on file.

    The day prior to the next appearance, we will contact you via e-mail to ask if you need us to appear on your behalf the following day, and if so, we will seek instructions.

    We will maintain a database of appearances in the event of an 11(b) application.
